The facility includes a concert hall with 1,024 seats, a theater with 2,461 seats, and an international conference center with 895 seats. The building has a complex shape and consists of six blocks separated by seismic joints. The total dimensions of the building in plan are 130.2x113.8 m. The height of the building is 35.95 m. The total construction area is 74,864.13 m².
