TGEM Expands Cooperation with MDIS in Training Specialists

On September 5, 2025, OJSC TGEM signed a trilateral agreement with the Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS), opening new opportunities for training young specialists in finance and information technology. Under the agreement, the company supported four students who successfully passed the competitive selection process and began their studies in highly demanded educational programs.

This cooperation is systemic in nature. For several years, TGEM has been implementing a comprehensive program to support talented students, aimed at identifying promising young professionals and building a solid professional foundation for the future of both the company and the industry as a whole. The initiative with MDIS is therefore a continuation of TGEM’s long-term human capital development strategy and an investment in preparing qualified specialists.

The company emphasizes that priority attention is given to the professional development of employees and the formation of a talent pool. Supporting talented students is one of the tools that helps to build the foundation of future competencies. This approach ensures that the company has access to young specialists with modern knowledge, skills in working with innovative technologies, and leadership potential.

The signing ceremony was attended by TGEM HR Director Eldar Ablaev, MDIS Rector Zayniddin Mukhtorovich, students, and their parents. In his speech, the Rector noted that the partnership is aimed at the long-term preparation of leaders capable of transforming the market and competing successfully under conditions of global change. TGEM representatives, in turn, emphasized that investments in education and professional development of both current employees and future specialists are key to the company’s strategy.

The cooperation between TGEM and MDIS confirms the company’s commitment to building a competitive workforce capable of delivering large-scale projects in energy, construction, and infrastructure. In today’s dynamically changing economy, such initiatives ensure business resilience and create the foundation for long-term growth.
