TGEM Kids: A Day When Children Become Part of the Big TGEM Family

Last Saturday, the company’s head office hosted the annual children’s event TGEM Kids, dedicated to International Children’s Day and the birthday of TGEM.

For our company, this day is more than just a festive event. It is an important part of our corporate culture, built on care for employees, respect for their families, support for children, and continuity between generations.

The event programme was rich, educational and truly bright. The children of employees had the opportunity to get to know the company better, learn where their parents work, what TGEM does, and why the work of every specialist is important for the country’s development. Our colleagues spoke to the younger generation about the importance of ecology, clean energy and a responsible attitude towards the environment.

A special part of the programme was the award ceremony for the participants and winners of the annual children’s drawing contest. Each child received a certificate and a memorable gift as a sign of appreciation for their effort, imagination and sincere view of the world. The children’s drawings reflected dreams, love for nature, family, the Motherland and the future — a future they see as bright and kind.

After the award ceremony, guests enjoyed an active show programme, interactive performances and exciting experiments, culminating in a demonstration using a Tesla coil. A festive lunch was then organised for the children and their parents.

The celebration continued outdoors: the children watched educational experiments with liquid nitrogen, took part in an entertainment programme, and the day ended with a bright foam party that brought them a sea of emotions and joy.

TGEM Kids is more than a children’s celebration. It is an opportunity to show children that the company where their parents work is a large team united by shared values, responsibility and care. Such events strengthen the connection between generations, help children feel a sense of belonging, and create warm memories that will stay with them for many years.
