"Manager school" of TGEM

HR TGEM, with the support of the company's management, launched the "Manager school" program.

The purpose of the program is to develop the key competencies of line personnel, who are designed to become a worthy successor for their leader and the personnel reserve of TGEM.

Within the framework of the program, trainings are planned on a regular basis - trainings, seminars, online and offline courses on the development of managerial and professional competencies that will help to systematize existing knowledge.
