Opening of a new road

On June 20, the Chairman of the Majlisi Milli of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Mayor of Dushanbe, Honorable Rustam Emomali, inaugurated a new section of the road connecting Bukhoro Street and Habibullo Nazarov Street.
This project is part of a large-scale program aimed at modernizing the city’s transport infrastructure.

The new section spans 560 meters and has been designed in accordance with modern standards of comfort, safety, and traffic capacity.

The construction involved a full range of works, including:

Engineering preparation and installation of a drainage system
Construction of retaining walls, clad in polished granite
Installation of access ramps, sidewalks with granite surfacing, and curbs
Installation of road signs, traffic lights, and cable communication systems
Landscaping — trees, shrubs, and lawns were planted

Special attention was given to landscaping and the creation of a comfortable pedestrian environment.
This new road will not only enhance inter-district connectivity but also serve as an example of a modern and thoughtful approach to urban development.
